Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with patients via phone to assess their monthly service requirements.
  • Verify and update patient account information as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and information systems.
  • Address service-related complaints, directing unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction as per company protocols.
  • Participate in both traditional and online training programs.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is required.
  • Experience in utilization review is preferred.
  • Background as a CNA, Medical Assistant, or Medical Technician is advantageous.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
