  • Answers and Routes Calls
    • Answers incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
    • Routes calls to the appropriate team member or department
  • Manages Administrative Tasks
    • Scans and files paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
    • Performs other administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintains Confidentiality
    • Ensures the confidentiality of patient information at all times
    • Uses sound judgment when handling sensitive information

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High School Graduate or equivalent plus at least 2 years of applicable experience
    • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree with 1-year applicable experience or combination of some college and 1-year experience
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Working knowledge of computer-based applications and strong PC/keyboard skills
    • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to use sound judgment in decision making
    • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated time management skills
    • Ability to handle high workload volume
    • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
    • Ability to be flexible and demonstrated ability to be adaptable

Salary Range

$18.00/hr - $23.79/hr
