- Financial Obligations: Discuss financial obligations with patients, explain regulatory forms, and answer any questions they may have.
- Electronic Health Record Management: Utilize our electronic health record system to maintain accurate patient records, scan documents, and support clinical workflow.
- Communication and Customer Service: Interact with patients, providers, and insurance companies in a professional and timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including scheduling follow-up appointments, referrals, and prior authorizations.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of office experience or 1 year of related experience in a medical practice preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task, strong time management skills, and ability to learn and utilize resources.
