Join Our Team as an After School Program Manager

Community Teamwork Inc is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled individual to fill the role of After School Program Manager. This position entails overseeing the daily operations and management of an Out of School Time Program, while also providing leadership and support to team members.

As the After School Program Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing the needs of enrolled students
  • Guiding and communicating expectations to team members
  • Collaborating with parents and guardians
  • Designing engaging activities and managing supplies
  • Conducting evaluations and training for staff
  • Ensuring adherence to program policies
  • Fostering relationships with partner schools

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Capability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline along with experience
  • Associate's Degree with relevant experience
  • High school diploma accompanied by experience
