Lead After School Program Staff Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced After School Program Staff to join our team at Lowell Community Charter Public School. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading an after school classroom, facilitating check-in circle time, and implementing engaging activities that support learning and belonging.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a class or section of students in a safe and supportive environment.
- Facilitate daily check-in circle time to promote socialization and emotional well-being.
- Design and implement engaging activities that align with the curriculum and support student learning and development.
- Assist students with their homework and provide individualized support as needed.
- Record daily attendance and homework tracker to ensure accurate records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement program events and activities.
- Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 6:00pm, with occasional half-days on Wednesdays.
- Previous experience working in an after-school or camp setting with children in grades K-6 is preferred.
