Youth Program Supervisor

We are looking for Part-Time Youth Program Supervisors (under 20 hours weekly) to support our Child & Family Services, specifically within the After School Program.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving daily curriculum staffing assignments.
- Ensuring the safety and supervision of school-aged children.
- Providing mentorship to the youth enrolled in the program.
- Documenting daily snacks and meals.
- Maintaining daily attendance records.
- Managing inventory of site equipment and supplies.
- Assisting with daily activities alongside the Site Manager and Senior and Assistant Leaders.
- Working at various school-age sites as assigned.
- Ensuring adherence to program policies and procedures.
- Participating in staff meetings.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old and meet one of the following criteria:
- A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree with 3 months of supervised experience working with school-aged children; OR a High School Diploma or equivalent with 9 months of supervised experience working with school-aged children.
- Proof of a physical exam conducted within the year prior to hire, along with evidence of immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella.
- Compliance with current EEC tuberculosis screening requirements.
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid, as mandated by EEC.
- Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.
- CORI/DCF review prior to employment.
