Position Overview:
The Value Stream Acceleration Services team, part of the Engineering, Product, Innovation, and Cloud (EPIC) organization, is tasked with managing a portfolio of value streams that contribute to an enterprise SaaS product, aiming to expedite the delivery of value to our clients.
This team consists of highly skilled professionals who possess expertise in their respective fields and collaborate effectively to ensure that value streams yield maximum benefits.
We are in search of a driven Senior Technical Program Manager to join our ranks.
In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating and delivering intricate programs that drive strategic results for the organization.
Utilizing your outstanding communication skills, technical knowledge, and servant leadership qualities, you will guide cross-functional teams in executing large-scale initiatives, ensuring timely product launches while aligning with business goals and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams through exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, effectively collaborating with executives and stakeholders to achieve consensus and alignment on objectives, scope, and deliverables, while consistently advocating for the organization's best interests and maintaining positive relationships.
- Drive excellence in program management by overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while aligning programs with business objectives.
- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, while championing best practices in program management and execution.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills by effectively balancing multiple priorities and dependencies, managing risks, and mitigating issues.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, LPM, and DevOps.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to comprehend complex technical challenges and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Able to thrive in a hybrid-office role, requiring three or more days per week in the office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with UKG Product Suites, Tax Services, Service Products, or core Payment Solutions.
- Ability to adopt a customer-centric perspective to represent customer needs and preferences, as applicable.
- Creative thinker and results-oriented problem solver, eager to tackle challenging issues and committed to delivering clear business outcomes.
- Possess a continuous learning mindset, including the ability to ask relevant questions to understand requirements and context, as well as the capacity to receive and incorporate feedback.
- Familiarity with tools such as Aha, JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI.
Preferred Certifications:
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
