Team Overview:

The Value Stream Acceleration Services team operates within the Engineering, Product, Innovation, and Cloud (EPIC) organization. This team is tasked with managing a portfolio of value streams that contribute to an enterprise SaaS product, with the primary objective of enhancing the delivery of value to our customers. Comprising highly skilled professionals, the team collaborates to ensure that value streams are optimized for maximum impact. Our focus is on driving innovation, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, ultimately leading to better outcomes for both our employees and clients.

Role Overview:

We are in search of a driven Product Operations Program Manager who is enthusiastic about fostering an effective, results-oriented environment that enhances the customer experience. In this role, you will have the chance to develop your leadership capabilities while promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ongoing improvement. You will also champion best practices in program management to support our product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of software development processes to guide project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize the customer experience by leveraging a customer-centric perspective to advocate for their needs within various programs and initiatives.
  • Analytical Problem Solving: Tackle complex challenges that arise during project execution, identify root causes, and drive the development of innovative solutions.
  • Program Leadership: Assist in managing intricate, cross-functional program activities, ensuring alignment with desired outcomes and timelines. Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in partnership with diverse teams to comprehend project requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Encourage collaboration and communication among team members to achieve project milestones.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing learning and improvement through mentorship, workshops, training opportunities, and participation in professional groups.
  • Process Enhancement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving processes to boost program delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify program risks and issues, assisting in the development of mitigation strategies. Monitor risks throughout the program lifecycle and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product operations or a related role within a SaaS organization, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management concepts.
  • Adept at representing customer needs and preferences within programs and initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in fast-paced team environments.
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and environments.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid-office setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Creative thinker and results-oriented problem solver, eager to tackle challenging issues and committed to delivering clear business outcomes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and feature releases.
  • Ability to implement systems and processes that facilitate informed, data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI, and Qualtrics.
  • Preferred certifications include PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM.
