Job Description

At Continental, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
