Job Title: Customer Account Manager

Fras-le North America is seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing specialty accounts, achieving sales goals, and participating in the development of new sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales orders in the USA from customers' POs and releases within Fras-le North America's SAP system.
  • Dedicate efforts to achieve sales goals anticipated for each client under your management.
  • Participate in the definition and implementation of new sales strategies to ensure client satisfaction and increase sales annually.
  • Visit customers to maintain a close interaction with them, pursue new business projects, and find solutions to their needs.
  • Analyze with the Product Manager and Sales Manager the best pricing strategy to maintain our contribution margins for each customer.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, or related field of study.
  • Two years of experience in a Sales Analyst position.
  • Experience must include sales planning and forecasting in the manufacturing industry, AOP updating, creation of customer interface, and knowledge/experience with SAP Systems.
