Job Title: Customer Account Manager

At Fras-le North America, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing specialty accounts, achieving sales goals, and participating in the definition and implementation of new sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage specialty accounts and achieve sales goals for each account
  • Participate in the definition and implementation of new sales strategies to ensure client satisfaction and increase sales annually
  • Develop action plans to support sales growth by evaluating each customer's sales performance
  • Support and service customers who purchase specific products for specialty applications that require high quality standards and certifications
  • Perform monthly sales forecast updates for all customers and coordinate with commercial and production team
  • Update all the information in the SAP system and Power BI dashboards
  • Coordinate between sales department and the international team in Brazil to implement digital sales analytics and CRM
  • Prepare and continuously improve the various sales and monthly performance reports and distribute them internally to directors, managers, and the sales team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, or related field of study
  • Two years of experience in a Sales Analyst position
  • Experience must include sales planning and forecasting in manufacturing industry, AOP updating, creation of customer interface, and knowledge/experience with SAP Systems
