National Account Manager

At Mersino Dewatering LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth on a national scale through national account creation and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to meet sales objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue large-scale project opportunities
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales team for bidding and estimating activities
- Partner with the operational team to ensure customer needs are met
- Prepare and submit regular reports detailing sales activities and pipeline management
- Ensure effective sales pipeline management by regularly maintaining the CRM
- Secure change orders for work outside of the original scope
- Complete the sales cycle by assisting in the collection process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience in construction equipment sales or sales management
- Planning and organizational skills in handling multiple projects
- Proficient in PC software applications
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, and bidding procedures
- Skills in workflow analysis and management
- Knowledge of contract documents and specifications
- Team player with a professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule
Travel Requirements: Up to 60%
