Job Title: National Account Manager

At Mersino Dewatering LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth on a national scale through national account creation and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to meet sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue large-scale project opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales team for bidding and estimating activities
  • Partner with the operational team to ensure customer needs are met
  • Prepare and submit regular reports detailing sales activities and pipeline management
  • Ensure effective sales pipeline management by regularly maintaining the CRM
  • Secure change orders for work outside of the original scope
  • Complete the sales cycle by assisting in the collection process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in construction equipment sales or sales management
  • Planning and organizational skills in handling multiple projects
  • Proficient in PC software applications
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, and bidding procedures
  • Skills in workflow analysis and management
  • Knowledge of contract documents and specifications
  • Team player with a professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule

Travel Requirements: Up to 60%
