Human Resources Specialist

Position Overview:
Titan Holdings is seeking a Human Resources Specialist.
The HR Specialist will support daily human resources functions, which include managing correspondence, ensuring the accuracy and currency of HR documentation, and overseeing compliance requirements for personnel in areas such as safety regulations, workers' compensation, leave management, and employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, along with recommended best practices; evaluate policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Monitor, document, and track compliance with mandatory and optional training, continuing education, and performance assessments. This may encompass safety training, anti-harassment initiatives, professional licensing, and certification exams.
Facilitate new employee orientation and recognition initiatives.
Execute routine tasks necessary for administering and implementing human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation management, workers' compensation, benefits administration, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, performance management, employee engagement, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough understanding of current employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
