Regenerative Surgical Sales Representative

The Regenerative Surgical Sales Representative plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients while collaborating closely with the assigned Regenerative Surgical Specialist (RSS). Key responsibilities include engaging with healthcare facilities and providing essential support to drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with the Regenerative Surgical Specialist to promote Kerecis products within designated medical facilities.
- Adapt to varied working hours, including weekends, to accommodate physician schedules and case coverage.
- Initiate contact with targeted accounts and physicians to introduce Kerecis offerings, distribute promotional materials, and gather essential contact details.
- Foster and enhance existing business relationships within the assigned territory.
- Achieve and manage revenue targets as set by Kerecis.
- Work alongside the RSS to evaluate customer requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist in organizing educational sessions, including in-service training and promotional events.
- Provide regular sales forecasts to the RSS.
- Support case coverage in wound care centers and surgical environments.
- Engage in weekly discussions with the RSS to identify actionable objectives for the upcoming week.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to Kerecis regarding local developments.
- Maintain accurate records of all account activities in the Kerecis CRM System on a weekly basis.
- Execute all responsibilities in alignment with the Kerecis Employee Handbook.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 1-3 years of experience in Business-to-Business sales is required.
