The Wound Sales Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with current clients while collaborating closely with the designated Regenerative Therapy Specialist (RTS). Key responsibilities include engaging with wound care facilities, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the wound care sector. A strong understanding of business practices is essential for effective account management and CRM documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Regenerative Therapy Specialist to promote and sell Kerecis MariGen and Shield products in assigned wound care facilities.
- Be flexible with working hours, including weekends, to accommodate physician visits and case coverage.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients and healthcare providers to introduce Kerecis products, distribute marketing materials, and gather contact information.
- Develop and enhance existing business relationships within the designated territory.
- Achieve and manage revenue targets as set by Kerecis.
- Work alongside the RTS to evaluate customer requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist in organizing educational sessions, including lunch and dinner events for training purposes.
- Provide sales forecasts to the RTS regularly.
- Support case coverage in wound care centers and surgical environments.
- Engage in weekly meetings or calls with the RTS to outline actionable objectives for the week.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to Kerecis regarding local developments.
- Update Kerecis' CRM System weekly with all account-related activities.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in Business-to-Business sales is preferred.
