Job Overview

The Sales Representative for Kerecis is responsible for cultivating relationships with current clients, providing sales forecasts, and collaborating closely with the assigned Regenerative Surgical Specialist (RSS). Daily responsibilities include outreach to healthcare facilities. A strong understanding of business practices is essential for maintaining account records and updating the CRM system.

This role is integral to the sales team and reports directly to the Regional Director of the territory. It is a salaried position with opportunities for commission or Management by Objectives (MBO) as additional earnings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with the Regenerative Surgical Specialist to promote Kerecis products within designated healthcare facilities.
  • Be flexible with working hours, including weekends, to meet with healthcare professionals or provide case coverage.
  • Conduct outreach to targeted accounts and physicians to introduce Kerecis offerings, distribute promotional materials, and gather contact details.
  • Develop and expand existing business within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve and manage revenue goals in alignment with targets set by Kerecis.
  • Work alongside the RSS to evaluate customer requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist in organizing educational sessions, including lunch and dinner events for training purposes as needed.
  • Provide sales forecasts to the RSS regularly.
  • Support case coverage in wound care centers and surgical environments.
  • Engage in weekly meetings or calls with the RSS to identify specific actionable objectives for the week.
  • Monitor market trends and inform Kerecis about local developments.
  • Update the Kerecis CRM System weekly with all activities related to accounts.
  • Execute all responsibilities in accordance with the Kerecis Employee Handbook.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Business-to-Business sales is preferred.
