Job Overview

The Sales Representative for Regenerative Solutions plays a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with current clients while collaborating closely with the assigned Regenerative Surgical Specialist (RSS). This position involves engaging with healthcare facilities and requires a strong understanding of business operations for effective account management and CRM documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with the Regenerative Surgical Specialist to promote Kerecis products within targeted medical facilities.
  • Adapt work hours as necessary, including weekends, to accommodate physician schedules and case coverage.
  • Conduct outreach to potential accounts and physicians to introduce Kerecis offerings, distribute promotional materials, and gather contact details.
  • Foster and develop existing client relationships within the designated territory.
  • Achieve and manage revenue goals aligned with Kerecis's targets.
  • Partner with the RSS to evaluate customer requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist in organizing educational sessions, including in-service training and promotional events.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts to the RSS.
  • Support case coverage in wound care centers and surgical environments.
  • Engage in weekly discussions with the RSS to outline specific actionable objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to Kerecis regarding local developments.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Kerecis CRM System, updating it weekly with all account-related activities.
  • Perform all responsibilities in accordance with the Kerecis Employee Handbook.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Business-to-Business sales is required.
