Administrative Support Specialist at enGenius Consulting Group

enGenius Consulting Group is in search of an Administrative Support Specialist to deliver essential administrative services to the Human Resources Management division. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate personnel transactions
  • Manage call center operations
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance
  • Support staffing and recruitment services
  • Oversee electronic documentation
Office Management Duties:
  • Receive and allocate mail and packages
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Coordinate the scheduling of meeting rooms
  • Assist in organizing travel logistics
  • Handle documentation using Microsoft Office tools
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capable of working autonomously
Candidate Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe software
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and fluent in English
