About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead account management initiatives across major retailers (Walmart, Walgreens, CVS). This role entails relationship management, wholesale revenue optimization, and collaboration with internal/external teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with mass retailers and broker partners, including key launches, space allocation, and stock management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers to align priorities, strategize, and problem-solve.
  • Drive performance of key accounts to maximize sales, distribution, and merchandising opportunities.
  • Oversee marketing calendars associated with the channel, collaborating with cross-functional teams for flawless execution.
  • Partner with operations, data, and marketing teams to drive strategic growth within the channel.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in account management or sales across mass retailers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to create effective presentations and plans.
  • Proven results in driving business growth within existing partnerships and launching new ones.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.
  • Able to receive and communicate feedback effectively.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year. The company also offers remote work arrangements.
