Senior Resource Group, a pioneer in senior living communities, seeks an exceptional Sales Director to join their team at The Village at Sherman Oaks. This dynamic professional will drive sales success and exceed occupancy goals by leveraging strong leadership skills, innate sales abilities, and attention to detail.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead by example and demonstrate excellence in all aspects of the sales process. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for face-to-face selling of community's senior living options, building strong relationships with prospective residents, and promoting the community through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Face-to-face selling and relationship-building with prospective residents
  • Lead by example and demonstrate excellence in all aspects of the sales process
  • Promote the community through on-site meetings, tours, events, telephone follow-up, and related sales functions

The successful candidate will have at least five years of successful senior housing experience and possess high energy, persistence, and excellent written and oral communication skills. They will also be able to coach and mentor sales staff while overseeing functions related to achieving occupancy goals.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $82K - $85K yearly, offering a competitive compensation package that includes benefits to attract and retain top talent.
