Qualifications:

  • Localized travel up to 10% may be necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree.
  • One year of experience in substance use or mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and patients in person or via phone; respond to inquiries or direct them appropriately.
  • Handle cash collection and ensure daily financial balancing.
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, managing correspondence, and organizing electronic files.
  • Maintain phone coverage and manage daily communication tasks.
  • Adhere to all company policies and relevant procedures.
  • Ensure security by following established protocols, monitoring visitor logs, and checking in guests.
  • Schedule appointments for patients effectively.
  • Relay pertinent information to the supervisory team regarding patients and facility operations.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including deposits.
  • Keep the reception area safe and tidy by following company policies and regulations.
  • Assist with patient intakes, document uploads in electronic health records, and coordinate with billing for insurance matters.
  • Participate in team meetings and complete all required training promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
