As a Receptionist, your role is to cultivate a welcoming, patient-focused atmosphere by delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage all reception duties, clerical tasks, including cash handling, and assist with supply orders.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED, or relevant work experience in lieu of formal education.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an office environment; experience in healthcare is advantageous.
- Must hold a valid driver's license in the state of employment; driving for company business may be required.
- Localized travel up to 10% may be necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree.
- One year of experience in substance use or mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and patients in person or via phone; respond to inquiries or direct them appropriately.
- Handle cash collection and ensure daily financial balancing.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, managing correspondence, and organizing electronic files.
- Maintain phone coverage and manage daily communication tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies and relevant procedures.
- Ensure security by following established protocols, monitoring visitor logs, and checking in guests.
- Schedule appointments for patients effectively.
- Relay pertinent information to the supervisory team regarding patients and facility operations.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including deposits.
- Keep the reception area safe and tidy by following company policies and regulations.
- Assist with patient intakes, document uploads in electronic health records, and coordinate with billing for insurance matters.
- Participate in team meetings and complete all required training promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
