In the role of Receptionist, you will play a crucial part in delivering a patient-focused experience by providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will encompass various reception and clerical tasks, including managing cash transactions and assisting with supply orders.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in an office environment; experience in healthcare is advantageous
- Valid driver's license required for potential travel related to company business
- Willingness to travel locally up to 10% as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- Experience in substance use or mental health fields is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and patients, both in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries or directing them appropriately
- Handle cash collection and ensure daily financial balancing
- Perform clerical duties, including typing, filing, and managing correspondence
- Provide coverage for phone operations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring visitor access and maintaining logs
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Communicate pertinent information to the supervisory team regarding patient and facility matters
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including deposits
- Ensure a safe and organized reception area by following established guidelines
- Assist with patient intake processes and documentation management
- Participate in team meetings and complete required training promptly
- Perform additional duties as assigned
