Job Overview

Position: Senior Manager of G&A Shared IT Services

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Manager to oversee G&A Shared IT Services on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Provide IT assistance for General and Administrative operations, including finance, compliance, regulatory, HR, and clinical trials.
  • Enhance data management and process efficiencies by establishing effective processes and tools within the IT landscape.
  • Act as a business analyst for shared services functions encompassing finance, HR, compliance/legal, and regulatory.
  • Lead shared IT services initiatives such as SAP implementation, regulatory application support, infrastructure management, cyber-security, and startup projects.
  • Define and implement a shared service model for a portfolio company with various operating entities.
  • Oversee vendor selection and management for IT vendors providing software or services.
  • Manage multiple projects and collaborate with the PMO organization for plan integration.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated expertise in:

  • Supporting IT shared services within biotech, pharmaceutical, or clinical research organizations.
  • Assisting department heads in finance, HR, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Leading SAP implementations and providing ongoing support.
  • Understanding IT infrastructure and cyber-security protocols.
  • Experience with regulatory application support.
  • A background in startup environments within biotech, pharmaceutical, or clinical research sectors.
  • Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is preferred.
