- Managing the sales process and CRM utilization to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop proposal responses that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience in a related field.
- CRM experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Effective customer service and relationship building skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Business development or operations experience in the residential services industry preferred.
Travel Requirement:
- May require travel and overnight stays for meetings and events to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
