\We are a dynamic property management and consulting company looking for an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily operation of our management office and administrative duties. This includes but is not limited to: record keeping, filing, mail collection, and other general administrative tasks.
\As an Office Coordinator at KW Property Management & Consulting, you can expect to perform various administrative functions such as:

- Record keeping and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records\
- Filing and organizing documents in a secure and efficient manner\
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including postage and delivery\
- Providing administrative support to our management team and other staff members\
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information\
- Staying organized and managing multiple tasks simultaneously\
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders\
- Performing other duties as assigned by management\
- Coordinating events and meetings as required\
- Preparing reports and presentations as needed\
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies\
- Other related duties as assigned\
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism\
- Assisting in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures\
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards\
In this role, you can expect to earn approximately $45,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
