Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Summit Companies. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our teams, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring all necessary supplies and materials are available.
- Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for assigned branches, meeting deadlines and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative and customer-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum one (1) year previous receptionist/administrative experience.
- Skills: Professional appearance and courteous demeanor, excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong written and oral communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and typing/keyboard skills of 45 wpm, minimum.
- Personal Qualities: Self-directed, takes initiative in seeking efficiencies of processes, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meeting required deadlines, and demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
