Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing and Sales: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, and schedule appointments to promote State Farm products and services.
  • Community Involvement: Assist the agent in identifying and supporting local community events to promote the office and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the agent, including maintaining a digital marketing system and managing the website and social media content.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Marketing Skills: Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs and a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to learn computer functions and software applications, including social media and website management.
