  • Review and improve University policies and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
  • Administer performance management, improve HR operations, and represent HR on campus committees.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, integrity, and professionalism.
