Risk Management Analyst for External Partnerships

Frontend Arts is a dynamic organization dedicated to enhancing collaboration and productivity through innovative solutions. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team, focusing on the development and execution of a comprehensive Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework. In this role, you will work closely with team members to establish and implement new TPRM capabilities that align with our strategic objectives.

This position is remote-eligible and reports to the Manager of Third Party Risk Management.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate risk exposure associated with external partners by implementing advanced risk management strategies, ensuring transparency in our risk landscape.
  • Facilitate the daily operations of the Information Security Risk Assessment process for current and prospective vendors.
  • Organize, document, and monitor activities resulting from vendor security evaluations.
  • Compile and structure vendor assessment results and data to support risk reporting and oversight processes.
  • Identify and propose process enhancements to strengthen the Vendor Risk Management Program and its associated activities.
  • Assist with additional tasks related to the broader risk management initiatives and team objectives.
  • Possess knowledge of emerging technologies, including mobile and cloud solutions.
Your Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management, information security, third party risk management, auditing, or compliance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in evaluating vendors, systems, or solutions as part of an internal risk assessment or procurement process.
  • Practical experience with one or more risk or regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO, COSO, COBIT, AICPA TSP/SOC, PCI, etc.).
  • Familiarity with vendor risk management tools (e.g., Coupa, Archer, AuditBoard).
  • Experience in reviewing SOC reports, penetration testing outcomes, or other security control assessments.
  • Ability to navigate operational risks across various business lines and jurisdictions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills within the organization.
  • Capacity to evaluate the potential risk of escalated issues and utilize business acumen to assess impact and alternatives.
  • Sound judgment, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving regulatory compliance landscapes.
