Position Summary:
As a Program Manager specializing in Third Party Risk Management within the Procurement Digital Transformation and Operations team, you will lead initiatives focused on ensuring robust governance and oversight of our third-party partnerships and procurement protocols. This role involves crafting and executing strategies, procedures, and policies to evaluate, onboard, monitor, and enhance third-party relationships. You will engage in strategic planning, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate closely with procurement, IT, finance, legal, operations, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), demonstrate a customer-centric approach, excel in communication, and embrace an agile mindset. Building influence through cross-functional collaboration and nurturing relationships across the organization and with third-party providers is crucial to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement tools and processes to enhance and mature TPRM practices, drive efficiency, and adopt best practices.
  • Oversee third-party risk assessments, methodologies, monitoring, documentation, remediation, and reporting. Proactively monitor vendor performance and address risks.
  • Evaluate and deploy technology solutions that facilitate risk management, supplier onboarding, and analytics.
  • Design, develop, and generate reports and interactive dashboards.
  • Training and Development: Create and maintain procedures and policies related to risk management and supplier onboarding. Provide education and training to stakeholders on risk management best practices to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Support and contribute to internal and external audits, collaborating to address findings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supplier management and risk management processes and solutions.

  • Demonstrated project management capabilities leading cross-functional initiatives and implementing process and system enhancements.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage, collaborate, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a proven ability to operationalize metrics to support strategic objectives.
