We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager - Third Party Risk Management to join our Procurement Digital Transformation and Operations organization's Third Party Risk Management team. Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning and Project Management: Develop and implement strategies, procedures, and policies to assess, onboard, monitor, and optimize third-party relationships.
- Third-Party Risk Management: Oversee third-party risk assessments, methodologies, monitoring, documentation, remediation, and reporting. Monitor vendor performance, proactively identify and remediate risks.
- Technology Solutions: Evaluate and implement technology solutions that support risk management, supplier onboarding, and analytics.
- Reporting and Analytics: Design, develop, and produce reports and interactive dashboards.
- Training and Development: Create and maintain risk management and supplier onboarding related procedures and policies. Provide education and training to organization and stakeholders on risk management best practices and to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Internal and External Audits: Support and provide input for internal and external audits. Collaborate to remediate findings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5 years relevant experience in supplier management and risk management processes and solutions.
- Project Management: Proven project management skills leading cross-functional projects and initiatives, implementing process and system changes.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with keen eye for detail.
- Communication and Interpersonal: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage, collaborate, and influence various stakeholders at all organizational tiers.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficient in data analysis and reporting with proven ability to operationalize metrics to support strategic plans.
