Sales Account Manager:

As an account manager at Quality Marine, you will play a crucial role in fostering relationships with key clients in the retail aquatics sector and large display aquariums. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily outreach to business owners and institutional aquarists.
  • Identify and qualify leads to create additional sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to your customers.
  • Perform follow-up communications after product shipments.
  • Introduce Quality Marine to new retailers and display aquariums globally.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales and/or customer service (recent graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply).
  • A genuine passion for marine life and the underwater ecosystem.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach.
  • Strong conflict resolution abilities.
  • Dedicated, self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and spending significant time on the phone.
  • Background in Marine Biology, Companion Animals, or Zoology is advantageous.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
