We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Executive, Service Solutions to be part of our mission towards a sustainable future.
Your Role
As a Sales Account Executive, your primary objective will be to cultivate and enhance relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You will achieve this by actively listening, delivering value, and effectively managing leads and opportunities that drive growth for both our clients and our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic sales territory and identify new accounts and opportunities.
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries and transform them into cross-selling and upselling prospects.
- Collaborate with various teams to formulate strategies aimed at retaining or re-engaging lost clients.
- Conduct targeted prospecting with defined accounts, arrange future meetings, and create sales opportunities.
- Implement a systematic sales process that adds value for clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and nurture key contacts within each account.
- Prepare quotations for service plans and other offerings.
- Utilize business tools such as CPQ and ERP systems to gather essential customer information for quoting and follow-up.
- Ensure the integrity of the post-sales process by managing necessary documentation and approvals.
- Maintain accurate customer records in both ERP and CRM systems.
- Provide insightful feedback to sales and marketing teams regarding market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Engage in regular reviews with your sales manager and team.
- Contribute to team discussions and collaborative efforts.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the service industry, with a focus on systematic sales processes.
- Familiarity with compressed air systems or related technologies.
- A bachelor’s degree in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering, or a related technical field; relevant experience will also be considered.
- A strong customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand and prioritize client needs.
- A proactive mindset, capable of managing varied workloads independently.
- Proficiency in computer systems, CRM software, and database management.
