Job Title: National Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Envista Holdings Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving incremental sales and market share growth of our Ormco platform through direct selling efforts within GPOs, 3rd party partners, and large National and multi-regional Dental Service Organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and strategies to drive sales growth and market share expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within targeted accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Provide sales consultation and coaching to the commercial sales team on national accounts.

Requirements:

  • College graduate (BA/BS) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years National Account sales (DSO or OSO) experience.
  • Medical Device sales experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to build and nurture business relationships with internal and external customers at executive levels.
  • Ability to manage Special Markets and Strategic Partnerships.
  • Ability to adapt and willingness to change.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional selling teams in complex and lengthy sales processes.

  • Competitive salary range: $92,300 - $171,500.
