Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in Brea, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the West Territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the West Territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including initial client communication, professional presentations, RFP submission, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Collaborate with HdL's Operations and Management teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services meet customers' business and technology needs
  • Adhere to all HdL Sales, Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies, standards, and guidelines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or any related field
  • +2 years' experience selling in a quota-driven sales organization
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
