Daily Responsibilities:
As a Wildlife Management Technician, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional wildlife management services. Your role will involve:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Conducting thorough inspections to identify wildlife-related damage in various locations
  • Safely removing nuisance wildlife from properties
  • Implementing exclusion strategies to prevent wildlife reentry
  • Installing and maintaining bait stations and exclusion devices
  • Operating and caring for service vehicles and equipment
  • Identifying safety concerns and promoting a safety-first approach

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Work Environment:
As a Wildlife Management Technician, you will work in various outdoor settings. Candidates must be physically capable of:
  • Safely using ladders within the manufacturer's weight limits
  • Lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Accessing confined spaces, attics, and rooftops
  • Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
  • Adapting to different weather conditions

Qualifications:
No prior experience is necessary; however, customer service, general labor, or construction experience is advantageous. Required qualifications include:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
  • Capability to work independently in the field and manage assigned routes
