Full-Time Maintenance Specialist at Guardian Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Full-Time Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Guardian Management, a leading property management company in the Northwest. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring property maintenance, safety, and excellent curb appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and prioritize maintenance work orders in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient maintenance operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their maintenance requests and concerns
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues
  • Adhere to maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective solutions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property maintenance or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of building trades and construction principles
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in maintenance management software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CAMT Certification or equivalent
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • CPO Certification or equivalent
