Position Overview:
The Vice President of Regional Operations plays a crucial role in fostering the LAZ Way culture, ensuring that our organizational values resonate throughout multiple regions. This position is responsible for overseeing all business functions within the designated area, including strategic growth, financial stewardship, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the assigned region, securing approval from senior leadership.
2. Lead business development initiatives, including crafting proposals and managing transitions for new locations.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure business retention and satisfaction.
4. Drive revenue growth while managing expenses, ensuring that service levels meet or exceed client expectations.
5. Mentor and guide the management team to achieve both annual and periodic objectives, embodying the core values of LAZ Parking.
6. Identify and nurture high-potential talent to support ongoing organizational growth.
7. Conduct monthly reviews of financial performance, including profit and loss assessments for each location.
8. Oversee the preparation and presentation of the annual budget for the region.
9. Provide operational training and support to General Managers and Directors of Operations.
10. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations between LAZ Parking and its clients.
11. Generate and analyze financial and operational reports as required.
12. Manage additional projects and initiatives as they arise within the region.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Parking Operations Management or a related field, with a strong background in financial practices and reporting.
