Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior bankers in executing transactions and managing client relationships.
  • Oversee the daily execution of transactions.
  • Supervise junior bankers and evaluate their deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence.
  • Create marketing materials, financial models, and transaction-related documents and presentations.
  • Identify potential investors, lenders, buyers, and acquisition prospects.
  • Manage the marketing process for transactions.
  • Engage in new business development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Associates and Analysts.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions within Investment Banking.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in sell-side M&A, along with exposure to buy-side and capital raising transactions.
  • Possession of FINRA Licenses 63 & 79.
  • Demonstrated success in transaction execution, including new business presentations, financial analysis, and preparation of marketing documents.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and a solid work ethic.
