EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Vice President of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the management of all Area Operations Managers within their designated region. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to recruitment, performance oversight, and the effective development of the Area Operations Managers within the Regional Director's team.
This role involves frequent collaboration with Area Medical Managers and Vice Presidents of Medical Operations to ensure that each facility is staffed with qualified and professional team members during operational hours.
The Senior Vice President will manage expense control and ensure the effective administration of clinic budgets, coordinating efforts between Area Operations Managers and Area Medical Managers to achieve key performance metrics.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily management of the Area Operations Managers to ensure the following tasks are executed and objectives are met, including:
- Collaboration at the clinic level between ancillary and provider staff to ensure cohesive clinic operations.
- Adherence to budgetary goals and expectations, including successful expense and vendor management.
- Effective staffing and scheduling, including assistance with scheduling and handling call-outs as necessary.
- Successful recruitment and onboarding of Area Operations Managers.
- Continuous and meaningful development and one-on-one training to ensure proficiency in the Area Operations Managers' roles and to foster opportunities for career advancement.
- Performance management, including ongoing coaching and constructive feedback.
- Ensuring exceptional Patient Satisfaction as measured by Net Promoter Scores and Reputation Management Scores.
- Implementation and management of compliance standards and processes to ensure clinic adherence.
- Collaboration with medical leadership to address issues and identify opportunities for regional performance improvement.
- Assistance with the rollout of new processes and programs as sponsored by the organization, serving as a resource for various departments to meet company objectives.
- Collaboration with Occupational Health Services to ensure service levels are achieved and to assist with targeted retention and growth goals.
- Other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the essential functions of the job, the team member will interact with patients in various circumstances and may encounter unpleasant situations, including accidents, injuries, illnesses, and unpredictable scenarios.
MANAGERIAL DEMANDS:
The team member will be required to be accessible via cell phone during work hours, as well as before and after work hours and on weekends, to address calls and concerns. Regular monitoring of company email is required.
