About the Role:

This position reports to the Vice President of Operations, Energy Industries. As an Administrative Support Services Specialist - Operations, you will provide support services to businesses in various administrative areas, engaging internal customers and driving efficient support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide services in various administrative areas to relevant businesses to meet current needs, identify performance gaps, and address emerging requirements.
  • Oversee the delivery of services by external providers in line with Service Level Agreements and report any shortcomings and areas of improvement.
  • Develop training materials, FAQs, and other resources for training specific to location/business-specific administrative needs and provide effective support.
  • Perform tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will join a dynamic and high-performing team where you will be able to thrive. The Energy Industries Division serves a wide range of industrial sectors, including hydrocarbons, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, power generation, and water.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
