Account Manager

At Lift Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow business with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with potential customers to understand their needs and identify solutions that meet those needs
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals and build meaningful business relationships
  • Plan and manage assigned territories to maximize potential revenue
  • Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and retention
  • Utilize sales strategies, programs, and marketing tools to drive sales growth
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts and other equipment
  • Valid driver's license
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of sales experience strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in the material handling industry preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds, up to 50 pounds on occasion
  • Ability to work safely in areas with potential exposure to cold/hot temperatures, noise pollution, dust, solvents, fuels, and battery acid
