We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations and Business Development to join our team at Aire Serv. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and business development for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage key metrics, including technician efficiency, gross margin, labor, and quality standards.
  • Oversee and lead company operations, including team building and development of leadership for future growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Lead weekly leadership meetings and oversee external maintenance and service functions.
  • Ensure effective management of Accounts Payable, Payroll, and HR functions.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with strong sales, management, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should have extensive experience in the HVAC service business or a similar trade service business, and be able to understand and interpret complex financial reports.
