Job Opportunity at Armand Corporation

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Grant Specialist to join our team at Armand Corporation, a leading Construction Management firm with over 33 years of experience in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Grant Analysis and Compliance, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing federal construction projects related to complex rail, transit, and transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrate Grant Management Tasks: Oversee the delivery of various business development and grant management related tasks, including grant compliance, contract management, and reimbursement requests.
  • Grant Compliance and Oversight: Work with supervisors to ensure Federal Railway Administration and Federal Transportation Administration grant compliance and associated requirements across major civil construction projects.
  • Team Management: Assist in the oversight and management of the client and consultant team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Respond to information requests from stakeholders and coordinate with teammates to address concerns and expectations effectively.
  • Project Coordination: Participate in update meetings to relay and address client concerns, prioritizing conflicting needs and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of Grant Analysis experience, preferably with U.S. DOT grants, preferably FRA and/or FTA.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to pass a TWIC and/or SWAC Background Check at High Level.
