Job Overview

Armand Corporation, a leading Construction Management firm, is seeking a skilled Construction Grant Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business development and grant management team, you will be responsible for administering the delivery of various tasks related to grant compliance, contract management, and reimbursement requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage grant compliance and associated requirements across major civil construction projects.
  • Oversee Federal Railway Administration and Federal Transportation Administration grant compliance.
  • Assist in the oversight and management of client and consultant teams.
  • Respond to information requests from stakeholders and coordinate with teammates to address concerns and expectations.
  • Participate in update meetings to relay and address client concerns.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Grant Analysis experience, preferably with U.S. DOT grants.
  • Experience reviewing FRA and/or FTA grant reimbursement requests.
  • Prior experience with rail, tunnel, structural, station, or soil projects is preferred.
  • Ability to pass a TWIC and/or SWAC Background Check at High Level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
