Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
As a key member of the UCLA Health team, the Administrative Assistant III will provide exceptional administrative support to the Department of Radiological Sciences. This role will work closely with the Radiology Administrative Support Staff-Reception Supervisor to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Department of Radiological Sciences, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and reporting to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, patients, and external partners to ensure excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the Radiology Administrative Support Staff-Reception Supervisor to develop and implement administrative processes and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the department's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
