Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Admin to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a Medical Office Admin, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experience in the front office, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the medical team, including phone correspondence, patient registration, and scheduling appointments.
  • Patient Experience: Ensure a positive patient experience by greeting patients, checking them in and out, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient demographics, medical records, and other administrative data.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year customer service experience required, healthcare experience desired.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and adapt quickly as needed.
