Overview

We are in search of a meticulous and proactive Executive Administrative Coordinator with a robust background in human resources, talent acquisition, and administrative assistance to become a part of our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a consistent and reliable work history and possess at least an associate degree or higher. This position plays a crucial role in our hiring process by evaluating applications, assessing candidates, and organizing interview schedules.

Key Duties

  • Support the human resources and recruitment initiatives, including application review, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Assess and qualify applicants based on job specifications and organizational requirements.
  • Organize and oversee interview processes, ensuring effective and timely communication between candidates and hiring personnel.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as data management, documentation, and maintaining records pertinent to the recruitment cycle.
  • Act as a liaison for candidates and internal departments, offering updates and feedback throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in human resources, recruitment, and resume evaluation.
  • Associate degree or higher is preferred.
  • Proven local and stable employment history.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
