Position Title: Mechanical HVAC Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the proper maintenance of facilities, encompassing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, and overall site appearance.
  • Coordinate the procurement of necessary supplies and services, maintaining effective inventory control and management.
  • Act as a liaison with architects, engineers, and contractors involved in major facility projects, including expansions and renovations.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and controls to support effective management and production.
  • Design and implement training programs for employees as needed.
  • Promote and uphold a robust safety program across all operations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, organize, and direct all aspects of facility management activities.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve complex issues and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Work effectively with various management systems and diverse personnel, both skilled and unskilled.
  • Possess foundational knowledge in office administration, plant management, budgeting, and safety management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related construction discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing HVAC projects.
  • Proficient in proposal writing, project scheduling, and contractor coordination, with a solid understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
  • Strong proficiency in Windows and MS Office applications.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in organizing and leading teams effectively.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively, adapting to shifting priorities as necessary.
  • Physical capability to navigate large facilities, including climbing stairs and traversing catwalks.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
