The role of the Strategic Partnerships Consultant is integral to Adtalem Global Education's mission to be the foremost provider of professional talent to healthcare and other sectors.

This position involves developing and enhancing impactful, innovative partnerships with organizations while implementing programs and strategies on local, regional, and national scales. The Consultant will collaborate closely with leadership and engage with employees and key stakeholders at partner organizations to advocate for the programs offered, serving as an expert ambassador for our institutions.

The Consultant will represent the institution at various events, including career fairs, orientations, graduations, and other significant meetings.

Key Responsibilities
• Cultivate strong relationships with leaders at partner organizations, establishing trust and collaboration.
• Initiate new educational and talent development partnerships while nurturing existing relationships in clinical and other sectors.
• Conduct meetings with current and prospective partners to enhance and develop partnerships further.
• Coordinate local initiatives with regional and national account executives in alignment with overarching plans.
• Under supervision, propose and negotiate new and revised contracts with external partners, fostering these collaborations.

• Attend relevant events such as career fairs and trade shows within the healthcare industry to promote programs and generate inquiries.

• Effectively manage informational and promotional outreach campaigns in close coordination with marketing teams.
• Develop account and territory plans, along with activity reports utilizing Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights on partners, employees, and industry trends.
• Recommend procedural changes to enhance team effectiveness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, adhering to all policies and standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in business or a directly relevant field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, including managing a sales process, is required.
• At least 2 years of experience providing services and/or education directly to the healthcare industry is required.
• Proven track record of establishing strong relationships within the local hospital and healthcare management sectors.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and energetic, with a service-oriented and strategic mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver effective presentations in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Skilled in quickly building rapport and inspiring trust among diverse individuals in various settings.
• Flexible and adaptable, a strong team player who enjoys collaboration and celebrating successes.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Committed to making ethical decisions that prioritize the best interests of students and Adtalem.
Additional Information

In accordance with pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is between $ and $. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on job-related factors such as experience, training, geographic location, licensure, certifications, market factors, departmental budgets, and responsibilities.
